FOX Optical Metrology Range
The FOX Optical Metrology Range boasts three advanced machines, each equipped with a wide array of measurement capabilities, allowing you to meticulously tailor your selection to perfectly align with your specific measurement requirements. These state-of-the-art, full field measuring machines are exquisitely designed for scrutinizing intricate components within the manufacturing & medical device industries, and more. Depending on the model, an array of machine and software options are at your disposal to ensure unparalleled precision in measurements.
Seamless 12” Touchscreen Control
The advanced FOX machine cockpit provides you with the capability to execute current programs, remove the last measured part in case of an error, and thoroughly analyze your part data and statistics all within a unified interface. Furthermore, you can directly access and review your personalized reports through this system.
Camera and optics
The FOX Optical Metrology machines incorporate a 20-megapixel camera paired with telecentric optics technology. This integration enables users to observe components with a significant depth of field, thereby enhancing the ease and precision of 2D measurements performed or conducted with the machine.
Quick light system
These Optical Measuring Systems are equipped with interchangeable lights, providing the capability to measure all your parts on a single machine. This seamless transition allows you to switch from diascopic lighting to versatile options including coaxial, annular, sectoral or adjustable type lighting. Having the proper type of lighting is essential for visualization of the part being measured. Without proper lighting, visualization and measurement would not be possible.

Measurement Table
The entire FOX Optical Metrology Range is equipped with a motorized Z table that can handle up to 50mm.
The XY measuring capacity of the FOX 036 and FOX 016 machines is 150 x 100 mm.
The FOX 080 machine can measure over 150mm in the X direction.
Confocal option
The chromatic confocal option is exclusively available for FOX 016 and 036 models. This feature facilitates the integration of 2D optical measurements with Z measurements.
Incorporating a confocal sensor with your FOX machine enables efficient measurements across a wide range of materials, including absorbent or colored, diffusive or reflective, raw or polished surfaces.
