The Leica DM3000 microscopes are designed to cater to various applications like pathology, cytology, hematology, and many others. They come equipped with a motorized nosepiece, condenser head, and an automated light intensity adjustment mechanism. The optional foot pedal makes it easy to use. These user-friendly microscopes have significantly improved workflows. For specialized diagnostics requirements, the microscope is certified for in-vitro-diagnostics (IVD) such as in-vitro-fertilization (IVF).
The motorized condenser head is programmed to know the correct position for each magnification. The Leica DM3000 microscope automatically adjusts the light intensity to suit each objective’s requirements. It stores previously used light values for each magnification and boosts efficiency when switching between two magnifications, thanks to its unique toggle mode.
