Kern’s halogen moisture analyzers provide rapid, reliable measuring results. The models work on the thermogravimetric principle which means the sample is weighed and warmed with a halogen lamp. During this procedure, the weight loss is recorded continuously while it is drying until it reaches the defined value. The current moisture content for the sample can then be automatically calculated from the measured weight difference.

The DLB moisture analyzer has rapid and efficient operation thanks to the intuitive backlit LCD graphics display with a digital height of 11mm. With six direct keys for quick access to the main functions (reference pictures provided), you have [1] Main Menu, [2] Start Drying Process, [3]Select Drying Temperature, [4]Select Switch-Off Criteria, [5] Setting to Zero/Taring, and [6] Stand-by.

During measurement, on the display screen, you will see:

DLB is a halogen quartz glass heater of 400 W and comes with step-by-step user guidance in 6 languages (EN, FR, DE, IT, ES, PT). By closing the lid, you start the automatic taring process. This moisture analyzer comes with 10 sample plates, and a protect working cover.
